Heavy duty industrial grade boltless shelving uses low profile beams to provide more storage space between shelves. Double Rivet Beams at top and bottom of unit form a rigid structure without the use of crossbars which limit functionality. White melamine shelves offer easy cleaning and a 1000 lb. per shelf capacity. This high quality boltless helving is available in a number of sizes and configurations.

Exactly what I needed-strong durable shelves available in the exact sizes I required.

Big drop in quality

I’ve ordered these in the past. The racks being delivered now are of lousy quality. The key issue is that the vertical supports are NOT all cut at the same height. Which means the horizontal beams sit at funny angles causing some to pop out and the whole rack leaning slightly in one direction or even twisting. Which makes it all but impossible to use tie plates to lock them altogether, an important safety consideration. The paint is also more brittle than in the past. If you dead blow hammer a support too hard, they will deform and the paint will crack open. This didn’t happen in the past. I can deal with that, just have to hammer softer. But the drop in precision cut quality really makes these racks a PITA to assemble, stay assembled, or lock together. Pretty disappointed.
