Free Shipping Policy


1-800-BUY-RACK will pay the shipping charges within the contiguous U.S. for all orders totaling $1000 or more before sales tax and freight charges. That can mean big savings. 

"Free Shipping" does not include special service charges such as Residential Delivery, Lift Gate Delivery or Limited Access Locations. An order is a single item or multiple items being shipped to the same address.

Residential Delivery - Available at checkout for an additional $75 per shipment
A Residential Delivery is defined as delivery to a location that is a home, including a business operating out of a home.

Residential LiftGate/Curbside Delivery - Available at checkout for an additional $150 per shipment (not available if items exceed 84")

A liftgate is a motorized platform attached to the back of the truck that will physically lower your order to the ground, so that you can take it inside your business or residence. The truck driver will place your order on the ground, and you are responsible for bringing it inside. If you do not have a loading dock or a forklift, you will need a liftgate and must select this option at checkout.

Limited Access Delivery - Available for an additional $175 per shipment. Call customer service at 800-289-7225 to request Limited Access Delivery.
When Carrier makes a delivery at a limited access location, the following "Limited Access" charges will apply.

    The term LIMITED ACCESS LOCATIONS include, but are not limited to the following:

      • Individual (mini) storage units
      • Churches
      • Schools
      • Commercial establishments not open to walk-in public during normal business hours
      • Construction sites
      • Fairs or carnival
      • Farms/Country Club/Estate
      • Prisons
      • Military Base/Installations
      • Mine Sites
    In the case of delivery, such charge will include an initial notification to make delivery arrangements only if Carrier is provided the correct telephone number of the Consignee.
