Order Shipping FAQ
1.How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 5-10 working days. On selected items, we offer a Quick Ship Program with shipping times as quick as 48 hours.
2.What is 1-800-BUY-RACK's Free Delivery Policy?
1-800-BUY-RACK will pay the shipping charges within the contiguous U.S. for all orders totaling $750.00 or more before sales tax and freight charges. Free Delivery does not include special service charges such as Overnight Delivery, C.O.D. fees and inside delivery.
3.What are the freight charges for orders less than $1000?
Delivery charges vary. Please call 1-800-289-7225 and a sales representative will provide you with a quotation. You may also e-mail your request to customerservice@buyrack.com.
4.What is tailgate delivery?
This means that the carrier is required to deliver the product to the tailgate of the truck. You are responsible for the off-loading of the truck. Inside delivery is available for an additional charge. Please call 1-800-229-7225 for a quote.
What is your return policy?

"No Hassle" Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. We are extremely confident that you will be completely satisfied with our products. However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please call us at 1-800-289-7225 within 30 days from receipt of your order to request a Return Goods Authorization number. We will help you make arrangements to have the product returned and provide a replacement, credit or refund. Special order items cannot be returned.
Damaged Items
We can not be responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment when they are shipped by UPS or common carrier freight lines. Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery and note damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing. Any damage or shortage not reported at the time of delivery is the customer's responsibility. Open all cartons immediately whenever possible. If there is concealed damage, retain the carton and call a 1-800-BUY-RACK representative to request an inspection, initiate a freight claim and obtain replacement parts if necessary.
Damaged, Missing Items or Parts?
1.What if I am missing parts or items?
All shortages must be reported at the time of deliver and is the customer's responsibility. Note all shortages on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact 1-800-BUY-RACK immediately to request an inspection. Either a freight claim will then be initiated or replacement items will be issued.

Do you offer Discounts or Price Guarantees?
1.What is your Low Price Guarantee?
1-800-BUY-RACK guarantees you the lowest overall cost. If you find the same item for less, please fax us a copy of the quote including any applicable delivery/handling charges. We will beat the total cost by 5%.
2.Does 1-800-BUY-RACK offer volume Discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on orders over $2,500, 15% on orders over $5,000 an a 20% discount on orders over $10,000. Please note that these discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional discounts. For discounts on orders over $20,000 please call customer service at 800-289-7225.
