What is your return policy?
Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. We are extremely confident that you will be completely satisfied with our products. However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please call us at 1-800-289-7225 within 30 days from receipt of your order to request a Return Goods Authorization number. We will help you make arrangements to have the product returned and provide a replacement, credit or refund. Special order items cannot be returned.Damaged Items
We can not be responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment when they are shipped by UPS or common carrier freight lines. Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery and note damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing. Any damage or shortage not reported at the time of delivery is the customer's responsibility. Open all cartons immediately whenever possible. If there is concealed damage, retain the carton and call a 1-800-BUY-RACK representative to request an inspection, initiate a freight claim and obtain replacement parts if necessary.
