How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Most orders are shipped within 5-10 working days. On selected items, we offer a Quick Ship Program with transit times as quick as 48 hours.

What is 1-800-BUY-RACK's Free Delivery Policy?

1-800-BUY-RACK will pay the shipping charges within the contiguous U.S. for all orders totaling $1,000 or more (before sales tax, freight or accessorial charges). Free Delivery does not include special service charges such as residential delivery, liftgate delivery, inside delivery or C.O.D. fees.

What are the freight charges for orders less than $1000?

The easiest way to get a quote is to create the order on this website and input your delivery address. It is not necessary to checkout to get a freight quote.

What is tailgate delivery?

This means that the carrier is required to deliver the product to the tailgate of the truck. You are responsible for the off-loading of the truck. Inside delivery is available for an additional charge. Please call 1-800-229-7225 for a quote.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you prefer to be billed on open account, and do not have an existing account with our company, we will process your credit application in 7-10 working days. All open account terms are Net 30 Day

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. If any unauthorized use of your credit card occurs as a result of your credit card purchase from 1-800-BUY-RACK, simply notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

What name will show up on my credit card?

Your purchase with 1-800-BUY-RACK will appear as '1 800 BUYRACK' on your monthly credit card statement.

We want to make sure that the instructions are as clear and concise as possible. Before checking out, the following functions can be performed to your order:

- Remove Item(s) To remove item(s) from your order, check the item(s) under the 'Remove' column and click the 'Remove Item(s)' button at the bottom of your order.

- Empty basket clears the order of all items.

"No Hassle" Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. We are extremely confident that you will be completely satisfied with our products. However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please call us at 1-800-289-7225 within 30 days from receipt of your order to request a Return Goods Authorization number. We will help you make arrangements to have the product returned and provide a replacement, credit or refund. Special order items cannot be returned.

Damaged Items
We can not be responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment when they are shipped by UPS or common carrier freight lines. Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery and note damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing. Any damage or shortage not reported at the time of delivery is the customer's responsibility. Open all cartons immediately whenever possible. If there is concealed damage, retain the carton and call a 1-800-BUY-RACK representative to request an inspection, initiate a freight claim and obtain replacement parts if necessary.

Damaged, Missing Items Or Parts?

What if I am missing parts or items?

All shortages must be reported at the time of deliver and is the customer's responsibility. Note all shortages on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact 1-800-BUY-RACK immediately to request an inspection. Either a freight claim will then be initiated or replacement items will be issued.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We can not be responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment when they are shipped UPS or common carrier freight lines. Please inspect all merchandise upon deliver and note damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing. Do You Offer Discounts Or Price Guarantees?

What is your Low Price Guarantee?

1-800-BUY-RACK guarantees you the lowest overall cost. If you find the same item for less, please fax us a copy of the quote including any applicable delivery/handling charges. We will beat the total cost by 5%.

Does 1-800-BUY-RACK offer volume Discounts?

Yes, we offer a 15% discount on orders over $2,500, 20% on orders over $5,000, 25% over $10,000 and a discount of 30% on orders over $20,000. Volume discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional discounts.
