"No Hassle" Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. We are extremely confident that you will be completely satisfied with our products. However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please call us at 1-800-289-7225 within 30 days from receipt of your order to request a Return Goods Authorization number. We will help you make arrangements to have the product returned and provide a replacement, credit or refund. Special order items cannot be returned.

Damaged Items

Please carefully inspect all shipments within 5 business days of receipt of your order.  If you discover damage, please report the damage to us at or call 1-800-289-7225.  It is imperative that we receive notification of freight damage within 5 business days to allow us to file a claim with the carrier if necessary.  We cannot be responsible for damage reported after 5 business days.
