Return Process & Window
To initiate a return, please call us at 1-800-289-7225 within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. No returns will be accepted without a valid RGA number. Our team will assist you with the necessary arrangements for your replacement, credit, or refund.
Shipping & Fees
- Return Shipping: The customer is solely responsible for all freight and shipping costs associated with returning the product to our facility.
- Restocking Fees: Please note that applicable restocking fees may apply to your return.
Eligibility & Credit
- Resellable Condition: Credit or refunds are strictly limited to items returned in original, resellable condition. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for credit.
- Special Orders: Items designated as "Special Order" are custom-made or sourced specifically for your request and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your replacement, credit, or refund accordingly.
Damaged Items
We can not be responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment when they are shipped by UPS or common carrier freight lines. Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery and note damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing. Any damage or shortage not reported at the time of delivery is the customer's responsibility. Open all cartons immediately whenever possible. If there is concealed damage, retain the carton and call a 1-800-BUY-RACK representative to request an inspection, initiate a freight claim and obtain replacement parts if necessary.
