Outside of the shipping damages to a few of the metal framing units, as well as the lack of available freight deliverers, The shelves are a decent option for anyone looking for a sturdy storage unit. I went with the 4'x8'x8', the largest shelving they offer. The standard ordered unit only comes with (1) 200-SDSHD48 support brace for under the 4'x4' wire mesh for the shelf it self. I seriously doubt due to width and length that it could support more then 500 lbs. The framing itself comes with prefabricated holes for (2) additional support braces per shelf. I went ahead and ordered more braces, to help improve the overall weight support, and reduce the overall flex per shelf area. If your looking to purchase these shelves in a smaller size like the 2'x8'x8' or anything smaller, I believe the weight rating will be more accurate.

Everyone I worked with were very pleasant to talk with. Samantha was great to help me with some of the wire mesh that were damaged. She had two new ones out within a week. That was great.
I spent a lot of money on some heavy duty shelves. The instructions were incomplete at best. Free shipping wasn’t free. The order came incomplete and I had to spend an additional $200+ to get the rest of my order. Nothing on your site explained what I was going to get or not get. So I expected the whole product. An 8 foot shelf needs more than one support to hold it secure and to be able to hold the 1000 pound load. I was stressing the mesh with two hundred pounds without the extra support. With the proper support I could stand and walk putting my weight anywhere on the shelf without stressing it.
