How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Because nearly all of our items are "built-to-order, it generally takes us 3-5 business days to process and ship the order. Once the order ships, it typically takes 3-5 business days to receive your order. We're doing our best to deliver it promptly for you.

What is 1-800-BUY-RACK's Free Delivery Policy?

1-800-BUY-RACK will pay the shipping charges within the contiguous U.S. for all orders totaling $1,000 or more (before sales tax, freight or accessorial charges). Free Delivery does not include special service charges such as residential delivery, liftgate delivery, inside delivery or C.O.D. fees.

What are the freight charges for orders less than $1000?

The easiest way to get a quote is to create the order on this website and input your delivery address. It is not necessary to checkout to get a freight quote.

What is tailgate delivery?

This means that the carrier is required to deliver the product to the tailgate of the truck. You are responsible for the off-loading of the truck. Inside delivery is available for an additional charge. Please call 1-800-229-7225 for a quote.

Special Handling Charges

Inside Delivery
Inside delivery provides a convenient option for customers receiving large or heavy items. With this service, our carrier will transport your shipment past the threshold of your home or business, placing it just inside the entrance (such as the foyer, garage, or designated ground-level area). This helps protect your items from weather exposure and eliminates the need for you to move them from an exterior location. Note that inside delivery is an additional service and may incur extra fees, depending on the item size, weight, and location. It does not include unpacking, assembly, setup, or movement to upper floors or specific rooms unless otherwise arranged.

Curbside Delivery
Curbside delivery is our standard shipping method for oversized or freight shipments, offering a cost-effective solution. The carrier will unload your item(s) at the curb, end of your driveway, or another accessible exterior point near your address. In some cases, they may use a pallet jack to move the shipment to a non-elevated entryway like the porch or garage door, but it is your responsibility to bring the item(s) inside your home or building. This service does not include carrying items indoors, stairs, or any further handling beyond the curb. It is ideal for customers who have the means to move items themselves and helps keep shipping costs lower.

"No Hassle" Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. We are extremely confident that you will be completely satisfied with our products. However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please call us at 1-800-289-7225 within 30 days from receipt of your order to request a Return Goods Authorization number. We will help you make arrangements to have the product returned and provide a replacement, credit or refund. Special order items cannot be returned.

Damaged Items
We can not be responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment when they are shipped by UPS or common carrier freight lines. Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery and note damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing. Any damage or shortage not reported at the time of delivery is the customer's responsibility. Open all cartons immediately whenever possible. If there is concealed damage, retain the carton and call a 1-800-BUY-RACK representative to request an inspection, initiate a freight claim and obtain replacement parts if necessary.

Damaged, Missing Items Or Parts?

What if I am missing parts or items?

All shortages must be reported at the time of deliver and is the customer's responsibility. Note all shortages on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact 1-800-BUY-RACK immediately to request an inspection. Either a freight claim will then be initiated or replacement items will be issued.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We can not be responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment when they are shipped UPS or common carrier freight lines. Please inspect all merchandise upon deliver and note damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing. Any damage or shortage not reported at the time of delivery is the customer's responsibility. Open all cartons immediately whenever possible. Do You Offer Discounts Or Price Guarantees?

What is your Low Price Guarantee?

1-800-BUY-RACK guarantees you the lowest overall cost. If you find the same item for less, please fax us a copy of the quote including any applicable delivery/handling charges. We will beat the total cost by 5%.

Does 1-800-BUY-RACK offer volume Discounts?

Yes, we offer a 15% discount on orders over $2,500, 20% on orders over $5,000, 25% over $10,000 and a discount of 30% on orders over $20,000. Volume discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional discounts.
